EXC Tours acts as an agent for Suppliers in selling travel-related services.3 We do not own or operate many of the Tours or Services listed. All Services are subject to availability, and confirmation is not guaranteed until a formal Booking confirmation is issued.
1.5 Booking Process

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the Booking process. You are responsible for ensuring that all members of the party are aware of and accept these Terms, for making all payments due, for notifying us of any changes or cancellations, and for keeping all party members informed.2
1.6 Pricing & Payment

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific Tour's cancellation policy, typically back to the original payment method via Stripe, less any applicable cancellation fees. Processing times may vary. Non-refundable components (e.g., certain tickets, non-refundable deposits) will not be refunded.
Amendments: Requests to amend a Booking (e.g., change dates, number of participants) are subject to availability and Supplier approval. Amendment fees may apply.
Cancellations/Changes by Us or Suppliers: Occasionally, EXC Tours or its Suppliers may need to modify or cancel a Booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operational issues, insufficient numbers). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options, which may include rescheduling, offering a comparable alternative Tour, or providing a full or partial refund, subject to the Supplier's policies and the specific circumstances.4
Force Majeure: EXC Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or regulations, travel advisories, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.4 In such events, refund or alternative options will depend on the policies of the Suppliers involved and the specific circumstances.

Checking and complying with all applicable health, vaccination, and entry requirements for Dubai and the UAE. It is advisable to consult official sources such as your home country's foreign travel advice, the UAE government websites, and potentially the World Health Organization (WHO) or Centers for Disease Control (CDC).4
Respecting and adhering to the local laws, customs, and traditions of Dubai and the UAE during your visit.
Following the safety instructions and guidance provided by tour guides, Suppliers, and EXC Tours staff.
Informing us at the time of booking, or as soon as possible thereafter, of any physical or mental condition, disability, or dietary requirement that may be relevant to your ability to participate in the booked Tour or Service.
Obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, loss of luggage, and other potential risks associated with travel. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase adequate insurance.11
1.9 Third-Party Suppliers
EXC Tours acts as an intermediary or agent connecting Customers with Suppliers who provide the actual Tours and Services.3 EXC Tours does not own, control, or operate most of the Services listed on the Website.
While EXC Tours selects Suppliers with care, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of any such Suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom or otherwise arising from your Booking or use of the Service.4 Your contract for the provision of the Tour or Service component is ultimately with the Supplier, and their own terms and conditions may apply to your Booking.
